When an alert signal is received from your personal emergency response system, you can count on a caring EMS professional to deliver a fast response to both you and the appropriate response agency.

Step 2. Alert Triggered
No matter the time of day, at the first sign of trouble simply press the button on your waterproof pendant, a fall if detected will automically connect. A response professional will be there to speak with you over the 2-way intercom.
Step 3. Fast Response
A caring professional will confirm whether you are ok or in need of assistance. If there is an emergency, the appropriate Emergency Service will be contacted to dispatch assistance to your home immediately. Your nominated family and/or friends will also be immediately notified.

Emergency Medical Services keeps your lock code and where it is located along with your personal health records to pass on to ambulance services in our secure facility, the code will not be shared with any other, unless we have your instructions to do so. You may pass the code on to family or find it handy should you lock yourself out of your home accidentally.

Through much research and customer feedback, we do know that not every scenario requires an ambulance and most customers don’t want to bother their families at odd hours.
Sometimes a visit from a Registered Doctor may be decided with you and we may suggest an all hours Doctor service, a Doctor will attend your home Mon-Fri 6pm-8am/Sat 12pm – Allday Sunday-8am Monday morning. This service is bulk billed with no out of pocket expense and is an alternative for non-critical medical alerts, offering assurance and added peace of mind from a trained professional.
Your safeTcare team member will happily call and organise the doctor to your home, this is a service we offer to all our monitored customers. Your well-being is our highest priority, sending an after hours Doctor is not for any financial benefit to Emergency Medical Services.
